Macarons Flavors Strawberry Cake Recipe

Ingredients: 

  1. 400 grams of icing sugar  
  2. 100 grams of egg white  
  3. 2 tablespoons cornstarch 
  4. 50 grams of almond powder,
  5. sifted¼ tsp fine salt 
  6. ½ tsp Pasta strawberry / pink dye
Fill Cake Macaroons: 
1 egg white 
4 tbsp icing sugar 
1 tbsp lemon juice



How to Make Cake Macaroons: 

1. Mixer egg whites with icing sugar and salt until fluffy and stiff fine.
2. Then enter the cornstarch, almond powder and paste strawberries into the egg white mixture, stir briefly until the dough on well blended. 
3. Prepare a baking tray smeared with margarine. Then enter the macaroons dough into piping bag / plastic funnel triangle and cut the tip of the plastic. 
4. Spray / shape the dough into the pan to form a circle. and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour until the dough just wide.

6. After 15 minutes, open the oven door, let stand for 3 minutes. Then bake again using a temperature 130 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes or until the pastry is cooked through and dry. Then lift. 
7. Allow the dough to be cold. After that, remove the cake from the cetakkan. Take one piece macarons then spread with the content material and then cover with another macaroon. 
8. Serve and Store macaroons in an airtight jar.
How to Make Macaroons own content:Beat the egg whites, powdered sugar and lemon juice until all ingredients are well blended and white. Set aside. The content is ready for use.

 

Macaroons Cake Tips For Good and Successful: 
1. Do not use refined sugar because it will produce macaroons with dull colors and rough textured. Better to use icing sugar, these sugars can be purchased at the grocery store cake. 
2. Make sure the bowl of dough in the mixer and dry conditions, due to the presence of water in a bowl or mixer whisk the egg whites can cause not inflate properly. 
3. Do not bake / Meng cake in the oven temperature is too hot or above 200 degrees because it will cause the surface of the cake is cracked but the inside is still moist.
